Dara McMullen is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-BC) through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). She received both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and her Master in Nursing degrees from Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in New Orleans (LSUHSC- NO) in 1996 and 2014, respectively. Darahas over 20 years of experience as an RN in various capacities including specialty areas such Labor & Delivery, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and as a Vascular and Cosmetic Laser Specialist, and RN First Assistant in Vascular Surgery. Most recently, Dara worked at LSUHSC-NO School of Nursing as an Instructor and in Employee Health as aNurse Practitioner. She is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) and the Louisiana Association of Nurse Practitioners (LANP).
