Dr. Harrell received her undergraduate degree from University of Colorado in Boulder and medical degree from the University of Colorado Health & Science Center in Aurora. Following this, she completed her residency at LSU Health & Science Center in New Orleans. Dr. Harrell is board certified by the American Board of Emergency Medicine and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2015 and practicing medicine since 2014. Dr. Harrell's expertise is in medical control, disaster management, bedside ultrasound, trauma and EMR utilization.
