Dr. Ngoc-Thuy Bui completed her medical training at St. Matthew's University School of Medicine in Grand Cayman, Cayman Islands. She went on to perform a family medicine residency at East Jefferson General Hospital in Jefferson, Louisiana. Dr. Bui specializes in family medicine.
