Dr. Frederick Keppel graduated from Louisiana State University with a bachelor of science degree in microbiology. He graduated from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in 1981.After completing his internship at Charity Hospital/Tulane Department of Surgery and his residency at Tulane University School of Medicine & Affiliated Hospitals, Dr. Keppel practiced independently for several years before entering into practice with Slidell Memorial Hospital/ SMH Physician's Network. He now sees patients at the Ochsner Neurosciences Institute in Covington, LA.
