Dr. Greg Bizette earned his medical degree from Louisiana State University School of Medicine in Shreveport in 1991 and completed his internship, residency, and hematology-oncology fellowship at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. Dr. Bizette is board certified in internal medicine and medical oncology and has been on staff at Ochsner since 2003 and practicing medicine since 1996. Dr. Bizette performs chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and hormonal therapy as well as bone marrow aspiration and biopsy. He has a special clinical interest in lung cancer, breast cancer, and palliative care. In his free time, Dr. Bizette enjoys spending time with family, gardening, birding, fine dining and wine tasting, and going to the gym.
