Overview

  • Dr. Anneliese Boettcher received her B.A. in psychology from Loyola University New Orleans and her M.S. and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of South Alabama. She completed her internship at the University of Florida within the neuropsychology track and concluded her training with a 2-year fellowship in neuropsychology at the University of Kansas School of Medicine in Wichita. Dr. Boettcher specializes in assessing the cognitive functioning of individuals with a wide variety of conditions, including Alzheimer's disease (and other dementias), movement disorders, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury (TBI), epilepsy, stroke, and primary psychiatric disorders. Her research interests involve the use and utility of neuropsychology in various settings, the impact of secondary factors on cognitive functioning, and performance/symptom validity. She routinely conducts presentations at national and local organizations.
