Dr. Naseer Khan received his medical degree from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan in 1991. He went on to complete his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in nephrology at Washington University in St. Louis, Missouri. He completed his fellowship in renal transplant from University of Tennessee in Memphis.
Dr. Naseer Khan is a board certified nephrologist and has been practicing medicine since 1999. He has been on staff at Ochsner Baton Rouge since 2011. Dr. Khan‘s areas of expertise include kidney diseases, hypertension and kidney transplant. He has special clinical interest in bed side ultrasound, critical care and emergency room medicine. In his free time, Dr. Khan enjoys traveling, exercising and reading.
